👉There are two types of service requests: Appliance Damage and Utility Damage. Appliances refer to most of the inventory items we provide, while Utilities cover electrical, plumbing, and related services. THC will cover the labor costs for both types of damage. The cost of material or part replacements will be borne by THC if the damage is due to normal wear and tear. However, any other damage will be the tenant's responsibility.
