👉Once our inspection is completed, we will terminate the zero deposit rental bond you purchased when you moved in, within 7 working days.
👉We strongly encourage you to review our cleaning and maintenance guidelines and take care of your THC home.
💡Please note that the standard move-out time is 12 PM on the billing end date. Any move-out after this time will incur a fee of INR 1,000 for every 24-hour period beyond the set move-out time.
💡Any damage or loss to services and/or inventory during the inspection will be deducted from the tenant’s security deposit, based on the evaluation of the damage. The deductible amounts for any damage will be specified in the Annexure you received upon move-in, which contains all inventory details. THC reserves the right to assess the damage and determine the responsible party.
Although we’re sad to see you go, we’d love to hear your feedback about your stay. Additionally, we kindly request you allow us some time to conduct a brief inspection to ensure that everything is in order and ready for the next guest. This inspection ensures that all provided inventory is intact and in good condition, and that the utilities are working properly for the next resident.
