Keys

At THC, we provide a comprehensive key service for our tenants:

  • Every tenant is given their own set of keys, which includes a main door key and a room key. If you require additional keys, they can be made upon request for a non-refundable charge of ₹500/-.
  • For your convenience and security, the keys are stored in a lockbox mounted outside the property. You may collect them from here upon moving in.
  • Once you decide to move in, we will share the locker password with you.
  • Upon moving out, tenants must return all keys to the same lockbox.
  • In case of a lost key, we can arrange for a replacement at a minimal charge of ₹1,500/- per key, with a turnaround time of 24 hours.

Cleaning and Repairs

At THC, we ensure that every home is spotless and welcoming before you move in. Our service partner handles the cleaning of your room, wardrobe, and bathroom. Additionally, we inspect and repair all our inventory and services to ensure everything is in perfect condition before you settle in.

Getting Started Guide

We understand that moving into a new home involves many details. That's why we provide you with our “Know Your THC Home” guide. This comprehensive document covers everything from your locker password to house and society rules, along with tutorial videos for a smooth move-in experience. We typically send this guide a day before your move-in date, and we encourage you to review it thoroughly. It's essential to follow the house and society guidelines, as any violations could lead to penalties or even termination, as outlined in the document.

Inventory List

At THC, we take pride in furnishing our homes with high-quality items and essentials to make your living experience as comfortable as possible. Before your move-in inspection, we provide an inventory list detailing the items in both your room and the common areas. You are expected to verify that all items are present and in good condition within 24 hours of moving in. If anything is missing or damaged, please report it within the same time frame by submitting an absence request via our after-support WhatsApp Interactive Bot.

Before your move-out, we will also conduct an inventory check. Any missing or damaged items will incur additional charges, including move-out fees, as specified in the Inventory List. We kindly ask that you treat the provided items with care as if they were your own.
