👉We understand that you may want to personalize your “THC house” and truly make it feel like “home.” We welcome you to bring your belongings and enhance the space with your personal touch.
👉THC reserves the right to assess any damages and hold the responsible tenant accountable for the costs.
💡You are more than welcome to bring your own items to personalize your space, but please remember that all associated costs will be your responsibility. Additionally, it’s essential that you restore the house to its original condition before you move out.
However, please note the following guidelines to ensure everything stays in good condition:
- Any installation of appliances, such as air conditioners or coolers, must be approved by the THC team.
- The tenant will be responsible for the costs associated with the installation and de-installation of these appliances.
- The tenant will also bear the extra electricity costs incurred from the use of such appliances. Our electricity policy can be found here.
- Any damage to the house (such as wall or plug-point damage) will be assessed and deducted from the responsible tenant's security deposit.
- Tenants are responsible for the safety and maintenance of their personal appliances.
Inventory Addition
- At THC, we take great pride in providing and maintaining a comprehensive inventory for your daily needs. We ensure every item is carefully chosen and kept in top condition.
- We kindly ask that you retain the original furniture layout as designed. Every home undergoes several design and aesthetic considerations, and we would greatly appreciate it if the layout remains as is.
- Please note that our inventory items are standardized across all properties. Rent and additional charges are based on this standard inventory, so we are unable to accommodate requests for additional items.
