👉When you move into your THC home, we kindly ask that you check all appliances and furniture to ensure they are in place and in good condition, as per general expectations. We will provide you with an inventory annexure detailing all the items, and we request that you notify us of any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of your move- in. Unfortunately, we will not be able to address any concerns reported after this period.
👉For services and utilities, including electronics (AC, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave, TV), plumbing (Taps, Shower, Faucets), and other related issues, please inform us of any malfunctions within 5 days of move-in, and we will promptly arrange for repairs.4o mini
