Off-boarding
👉At THC, once we enter into an agreement with you, we consider you a customer for life. 50 days before the end of your agreement, we’ll send you a notification regarding the renewal by default. If you decide to terminate your contract, you have 20 days from the date of the notification to inform us of your intention to move out.
👉Before you move out, we’ll conduct a brief inspection to check for any damages that may be your responsibility. Any associated costs will be deducted from the Security Deposit and the refund would be settled within 7 working days.
👉If you choose to terminate your contract before the lock-in period ends, we follow a 30-day notice policy and replacement to be found who'll be occupying your place. Upon receiving formal notice, we’ll conduct an inspection and confirm with you by the following working day. Once confirmed, the 30-day notice period will begin.
💡During this notice period, we will require you to settle any outstanding payments (rent, service charges, repairs, etc.) in advance on the day the notice is submitted. The replacement(if applicable) should be found on or before 7 working days prior to the end of notice period.
