👉Utilities will be managed by THC, but tenants are responsible for   covering all utility costs, which will be shared equally among all   residents.

👉Your utility bills will be included with your rent payment, so you     won’t  have to worry about managing multiple bills separately.
  • Upon arrival, each tenant will receive an onboarding document with account credentials for all utilities (Electricity, Wi-Fi, Water, Gas) and payment instructions. We kindly request that you and your flatmates make timely payments to avoid any issues.
  • The cost of utilities will be divided equally among all tenants.
  • For electricity bills, if any tenant uses an air conditioner as an additional appliance, the following splits will apply:
    =>1 AC, 2 BHK: 70-30% split
    =>1 AC, 3 BHK: 60-20-20% split
    =>2 AC, 3 BHK: 40-40-20% split
  • Delayed or non-payment of rent and utility bills can cause inconvenience for you, your roommates, and the THC house. To simplify, we include utility bills with your rent, but any delays in payment will incur a fine of ₹100 per day, per utility, to compensate the relevant parties.
  • We strongly recommend that you and your flatmates agree on a fair distribution of utility costs based on usage and preferences. However, in case of any disputes, THC reserves the right to enforce our standard payment policy, as outlined above.
