We understand how important it is to feel at home, and we’re happy to accommodate your guests, no matter the time. In fact, we encourage it! However, there is a distinction between having a guest and effectively having a roommate. If you wish to have a guest stay long-term, we consider your room as a double occupancy, subject to the following rules:

1. Guests can stay free of charge as long as their stay doesn’t exceed 10 consecutive days in a month.
2. If a guest stays beyond 10 consecutive days, double occupancy charges of ₹700/- per guest per day will apply.

In such cases, a formal notification must be sent to the THC team via email, along with confirmation from your flatmates that they are comfortable with the arrangement. Additionally, all tenant payments (utilities, service, repairs, etc.) will be shared equally by the guest and other tenants.

Please note that THC reserves the right to immediately evict any tenant in violation of these terms.
