Housekeeping
👉While we’re happy to assist you in arranging a reliable housekeeper, we expect you to maintain the cleanliness of your home on a daily basis and coordinate with your housekeeper as you see fit. Please note, housekeepers are not managed or compensated by us.
👉If we notice that dustbins are frequently overflowing in your home, we’ll be disappointed and will apply a fine of ₹1,000/- for the inconvenience.
👉In cases where your flatmates have moved out or have not yet been assigned, the housekeeper will continue to clean their rooms (and washrooms), and THC will cover the cost of cleaning these spaces until they are reoccupied.
- While cooking your own meals at home is a personal choice, housekeeping is mandatory at all times to ensure every corner of your home stays clean. To make this easy from the start, we will assign a housekeeper and arrange for regular garbage pickup from outside the home or society. However, we expect you to take responsibility for the cleaning of your workspace and regular garbage disposal to maintain a tidy living space.
