At THC, we prioritize your safety above all else. That's why we conduct a thorough background check on all prospective tenants through a trusted third-party vendor. A small fee of ₹2000/- is charged for this service(also referred as move-in charge).
Our third-party vendor will promptly guide you through the verification process. Please note, any discrepancies found during the check may result in the immediate termination of your contract.
The following verifications will be carried out:
- Aadhar-PAN verification
- Employment verification
- Criminal+Civil record check
- Mobile Number Verification
- Cyber check
