## Room-level model (important for accurate answers)

Every property (parent) has N child rooms, where N = the BHK number (e.g., a 3 BHK has 3 rooms). Each room has its own status:
- **Available** — the room can be rented; monthly rent is quoted upfront.
- **Occupied** — the room is taken; the flatmate's employer and cuisine preference (Vegetarian / Eggitarian / Non-Vegetarian) are shown so incoming tenants can match compatibility.

The **parent property status** is auto-computed from child rooms:
- All rooms occupied → **Sold out**
- Zero rooms occupied → **Available**
- 1 room vacant → **One room left**
- 2 rooms vacant → **Two rooms left**

## Pricing shape

Rents are quoted **per room, per month**, in INR. Typical ranges seen in the catalog:
- 2 BHK rooms: ~₹15,000 – ₹22,000 / month
- 3 BHK rooms: ~₹13,000 – ₹32,000 / month
- Premium (Kalyani Nagar, Panchshil, Marvel Zephyr, etc.): ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 / month
- Deposit: typically **one month's rent** (lower than the Indian rental market norm of 6–10 months).
- Brokerage: **zero**.

## What's included by default

Wi-Fi, AC in every bedroom, fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, mattress), modular kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, power backup, lift, housekeeping, on-call maintenance, community lounge access, community events.
